Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

1.1. The provisions stated on this site are mandatory rules that users must accept in full, in accordance with the registration agreement.

1.2. Mere access by users, even if accidental, as well as proposing discussions and creating and submitting posts, implies tacit acceptance of the terms and conditions of these rules.

1.3. Site administrators are authorized to take necessary measures using their administrative powers if violations of these rules are confirmed.

1.4. This site promotes individual and collective ideas on all legally and morally permissible genres within society, without ideological restrictions, fostering healthy discussion, social coexistence, and respect for others as a community.

1.5. This site is broad in scope and may facilitate commercial transactions between individual members or third parties accessing as simple visitors when discussion topics suggest such possibilities, provided all items comply with the laws of respective countries.

1.6. Topics proposed by users are their exclusive works. Users bear full personal responsibility under the laws of their jurisdiction. By tacitly accepting these rules, users absolve the site, its owning company, and administrators from any ancillary liability.

1.7. This site is not responsible for consequences arising from user-submitted posts. Affected parties should file claims against authors through appropriate authorities, not against the administrators of this virtual community.

1.8. Nevertheless, site administrators have the authority to take necessary measures to enforce these rules, including the right to review posts in all cases. Content and discussion rules are detailed in subsequent sections.

2. Specific Provisions Regarding Data

2.1. This site maintains the confidentiality of basic data provided by registered community members. Nicknames, email addresses, and profile pictures for individualization within the community are publicly visible.

2.2. Administrators and the site-owning company are not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect information users provide to other users. Users bear full responsibility for subsequent transactions arising from personal conversations and dealings.

2.3. Administrators are not obligated to provide profile data to requesting authorities. However, in cases where false data compromises national security (e.g., clear criminal offenses such as child pornography, crime apology, or incitement to crime), administrators may provide IP addresses in response to judicial requests meeting the legal requirements of the respective country.

2.4. This site is not a personal information database. Personal data that could infringe on users' rights and privacy is not required or disclosed to anyone, except for IP addresses as mentioned in the previous item.

2.5. Administrators are not responsible if users voluntarily or involuntarily disclose their personal data in posts, allowing third parties to illegally use or disclose such data, causing harm. If such data disclosure is considered negligent, the poster bears full responsibility.

3. Content Rules

3.1. This site fully guarantees freedom of communication and personal expression for all, unless administrators deem it violates these rules, laws, international treaties and agreements, or human dignity.

3.2. This site is not responsible for personal consequences, damages, or offenses posts may cause specific users. However, administrators may conduct appropriate reviews voluntarily or at the victim's request and have the authority to delete posts deemed violations if necessary. This decision may be reconsidered upon the posting user's request but cannot be appealed to external bodies.

3.3. Posting data, documents, or reproductions considered illegal under national laws is prohibited. Also prohibited are pornography, nudity and genital exposure, crime apology, incitement to crime, threats against specific individuals, offensive language, matters concerning individual privacy, matters related to professional confidentiality, impersonating profiles, viruses, spam, phishing, trojans, etc.

3.4. Political campaign posts aimed at securing votes for political purposes are prohibited.

3.5. Posts violating these prohibitions or general rules may be reviewed and deleted by administrators without notifying the poster. This decision is irreversible, and in case of repetition, administrators reserve the right to forward the history to authorities if posts are deemed clear criminal offenses.

3.6. Administrators are not responsible if users voluntarily or involuntarily disclose personal data, allowing third parties to use it causing harm. If such data disclosure is considered negligent, the poster bears full responsibility.

4. Discussion Rules

4.1. Comments insulting, defaming, slandering others, revealing secrets, or disclosing others' personal data are prohibited.

4.2. Expressions promoting hatred, violence, sexual violence, or discrimination based on gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation are prohibited.

4.3. Expressions inciting or apologizing for crimes are prohibited.

4.4. Each comment or discussion is analyzed by administrators and may be deleted if necessary.

4.5. If an opinion during a discussion is offensive or personally harmful to a specific person, the victim has the following rights:

  1. a) They may personally request the author to cease their expression in front of third parties, without using offensive or hurtful expressions themselves.
  2. b) After completing the above step, they may request an administrative review, explaining the reasons and citing violated rules. Administrators may propose a warning and deletion of the expression if appropriate after review.
  3. c) If the author does not delete within 15 days, administrators may delete the comment or discussion. This decision is irreversible and does not allow third-party or public administration mediation.
  4. d) If the author reposts the same opinion or discussion after deletion or covers similar topics, administrators may review and expel and block the member. This decision is irreversible and does not allow third-party mediation.
  5. e) If an expelled author re-accesses the community using a different alias and false information, administrators are not responsible but reserve the right to take the same measures as before.

If a user or visitor has read all these rules and reached this point, they accept compliance with all rules, and the simple act of posting is considered evidence of acceptance and agreement. If you disagree, we respectfully request that you leave the site and refrain from posting.
