The Numbers

Pay $45 for $50 card or $90 for $100 card. Stack with JB Hi-Fi, PlayStation Store, or other Google Play purchases for effective 10% discount on apps, games, subscriptions.

The Catches

1. Shell Reddy Express stores only - not many locations. Adelaide has 4, other states vary. Check Shell fuel finder before driving.

2. Coles Express included but limited Google Play stock compared to Reddy Express.

3. If you're buying big ticket items at JB with these, prepare for awkward checkout using multiple cards.

4. One user reported buying 5 cards and ALL failed to activate - got refunded but wasted trip.

Better Uses

Works well for PlayStation Store credit (10% off games/subscriptions). Also good for stacking with app/game sales on Google Play. Not worth the hassle for small purchases under $50.

Comes week after Black Friday when $25 cards were discounted. Should've been combined.
