To maintain a safe, high-quality, and trustworthy business ecosystem, please review and follow our directory guidelines when registering or interacting with listings.

1. Core Principles

• Channel Purpose: To provide credible business listings in Australia and establish a transparent community of trust through authentic user reviews and constructive feedback.

• Accuracy of Information: All business details (Name, Address, Category, Website, and Contact info) must be accurate, factual, and kept up-to-date.

• Respectful Communication: We value diversity and mutual respect. Avoid emotional hostility and aim for constructive, respectful feedback.

• Privacy Protection: Avoid posting unnecessary or sensitive personal data of yourself or others.

2. Mandatory Business Registration Guide

Ensure you fill out the following fields thoroughly to optimize exposure to potential local clients:

• Business Name: Use your registered trading name or official brand name. Avoid sensational clickbait or keyword-stuffed titles.

• State/Region: Accurately specify which state the business operates in (ALL, NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, NT).

• Category: Choose the single category that best represents your core operations.

• Short Description: Write a concise, one-line summary showcasing your unique value proposition. This is displayed on search result cards.

• Detailed Description (Body):

  • Utilise the rich Tiptap editor to describe your services, opening hours, pricing, and promotional details.

  • Drag & drop high-quality images, paste from clipboard, or embed YouTube video guides to build an attractive listing.

• Location/Address:

  • The address input is integrated with the Google Places Autocomplete API. Select the matching suggested address to automatically set the latitude and longitude, which ensures an interactive map renders correctly on your detail page.

• Contact URL: Include a valid link to your official website, reservation page, or social media handles (starting with https://).

3. Directory Category Guide

Ensure your listing is under the correct category. Listings placed in irrelevant categories may be relocated by the admin team.

• [Dining & Bars] - Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, pubs, etc.

• [Grocery & Health] - Korean grocery stores, Asian supermarkets, health food stores, etc.

• [Medical/Dental] & [Korean Med/Optometry] - Clinics, dentists, traditional medicine practitioners, optometrists, etc.

• [Beauty/Salon] & [Health/Sports] - Hair salons, nail spas, skincare clinics, gyms, personal training, pilates, etc.

• [Real Estate] - Real estate agencies, property/rental management, sharehouse listings, etc.

• [Construction/Interior] & [Cleaning/Maintenance] - Renovation, interior design, scheduled cleaning, plumbing, electrical installations, etc.

• [Moving/Logistics] & [Automotive] - Home/business relocation, parcel delivery, mechanical repairs, car sales, etc.

4. Prohibited Content & Abuse Penalties

To keep OzyKozy a high-trust platform, violating items will be immediately deleted, and offending accounts may face restrictions:

• 🚫 Double/Duplicate Postings (Spamming):

  • Each business is allowed only one listing. Creating multiple identical entries across different locations or repeated submissions is strictly prohibited.

• 🚫 Fake or Ghost Listings:

  • Registering non-existent businesses, misrepresenting service locations/fees, or impersonating other businesses without authorization.

• 🚫 Review and Rating Manipulation (Astroturfing):

  • Writing self-reviews, paying for fake positive comments, or creating sockpuppet accounts to manipulate rating counts (Like/Dislike).

• 🚫 Competitor Defamation and Smear Campaigns:

  • Posting malicious, groundless reviews or spreading rumors to sabotage a competitor’s operations.

• 🚫 Illegal Services:

  • Advertising any services deemed illegal under Australian or South Korean law (e.g., unlicensed adult entertainment, illegal gambling, etc.).

5. Review & Feedback Policy for Customers

• Fact-Based Experience: Only write reviews based on your genuine, firsthand consumer experience.

• Be Constructive: If you had a subpar experience, offer polite, actionable feedback so the business owner can address the issue. Avoid profanity and personal insults.

• Role Permissions: Ordinary members can only register and edit their own business profiles. Official notice boards are secured and editable exclusively by OzyKozy Administrators.

• Flag / Report Feature: If you spot an illegal listing, spam, or abusive reviews, please click the [Report] button so our admin team can investigate swiftly.

• Limitation of Liability:

  • OzyKozy does not guarantee the accuracy, legal compliance, or qualification of any businesses, descriptions, or media uploaded by members.
