These Terms of Service are binding upon registration, access, or use of this website.

Simply accessing the site, posting content, or participating in discussions constitutes acceptance of these terms.

If you do not agree, you must cease using the website immediately.

This website is a product review and affiliate platform that also operates an open discussion community designed to facilitate lawful and respectful exchange of ideas. Members may earn a share of affiliate revenue by publishing reviews and other content that contains affiliate links, subject to Section 7.

The site does not impose ideological restrictions, provided content complies with Australian law and these terms.

Discussions may incidentally lead to private or commercial interactions between users. The website is not a party to such interactions and assumes no liability.

All content posted by users remains the sole responsibility of the author.

Users are fully responsible for compliance with Australian laws applicable to their content.

By posting content, users release the website, its owners, and administrators from any associated liability.

The website is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from user-generated content.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Content unlawful under Australian law
• Pornographic material, sexual exploitation, or explicit nudity
• Threats, harassment, defamation, or abuse targeting individuals or groups
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, or similar attributes
• Incitement, glorification, or apology of criminal activity
• Disclosure of personal or confidential information
• Impersonation or false identity
• Malware, spam, phishing, or other harmful technical content
• Political campaigning intended to influence voting behaviour

Administrators may review, edit, restrict, or delete any content at their discretion.

Content may be removed without prior notice.

Repeated or serious breaches may result in:

• Account suspension
• Permanent banning
• Referral to authorities where criminal conduct is evident

Moderation decisions are final and not subject to third-party appeal.

• Insults, harassment, defamation, or disclosure of another person’s personal information are prohibited.
• Hate speech, threats, and violent or sexually violent expressions are prohibited.
• All discussions and comments may be reviewed and moderated.

Users may earn points through community participation and affiliate revenue sharing. The following rules apply:

• Revenue Split: Affiliate earnings are shared between the user (70%) and the platform (30%), distributed as platform points.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Points can be converted to cash and withdrawn only when the total payout value reaches a minimum of $50 AUD.
• Withdrawal Eligibility (Activity Requirement): Reaching the $50 minimum balance does not, by itself, entitle you to a payout. This activity requirement is a baseline that applies to every withdrawal, regardless of how the points were earned — including affiliate revenue as well as signup, login, and referral bonuses. To request any withdrawal you must first be a genuine contributor: you must have published at least 3 posts that remain live (not deleted or blocked), and you must have earned at least 50 points from other members’ reactions to your content (likes, bookmarks, and comments received). Until you meet this requirement, no points of any kind can be withdrawn. This safeguard prevents accounts created only to extract bonuses or revenue without contributing to the community. These thresholds may be adjusted with prior notice.
• Exchange Rate: The standard conversion rate is 1,000 points = $1. The platform reserves the right to adjust this rate with prior notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–10 business days. Bank account details are collected only at the time of a withdrawal request and are not permanently stored.
• Tax Withholding (Australian residents): Where you do not provide a valid ABN and no exemption applies (for example, an accepted ATO “Statement by a Supplier” for hobby or non-business activity), the platform may be required to withhold tax at the applicable PAYG no-ABN rate (currently 47%) and remit it to the Australian Taxation Office.
• Non-Residents: Users who are not Australian residents for tax purposes and did not carry out the activity in Australia are solely responsible for any tax obligations in their country of residence, and Australian no-ABN withholding does not apply to them.
• Your Tax Responsibility: You are responsible for your own income tax and, where applicable, GST obligations on amounts you earn. The platform does not provide tax or legal advice; you should consult a registered tax agent regarding your circumstances.
• Affiliate Partners: Outbound link clicks and qualifying purchases may be tracked and shared with affiliate partners (for example, Amazon Associates and Commission Factory) in accordance with their respective terms.
• Abuse & Fraud (Zero Tolerance): Any attempt to manipulate clicks, encourage artificial clicks, use automated bots, or violate third-party affiliate terms (e.g., Amazon Associates) is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in the immediate and irreversible confiscation of all accumulated points/revenue, denial of pending payouts, and permanent account termination without prior notice.
• Discretionary Payouts: The platform reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts pending investigation of suspicious activities or until funds are successfully cleared by third-party affiliate partners.

Members may invite others to join using a personal referral code. The following rules apply to the referral program:

• Referral Code & Link: Your referral code is your account ID (userId) and does not expire. You may share it as a link of the form “.../sign-up?ref=YOUR_ID”.
• Referee Welcome Bonus: A newly referred member who completes signup and verifies their email receives a one-time welcome bonus of 3,000 points. As with all points, this bonus is subject to the Withdrawal Eligibility requirement in Section 7 and cannot be cashed out until that requirement is met.
• Referrer Reward (Qualifying Action): The referrer is not rewarded merely because someone signs up using their code. The referrer receives 5,000 points only after the referred member publishes their first genuine review/post.
• Holding Period & Clawback: The referrer reward is confirmed only after the referred member’s first review has remained live (not deleted or blocked) for a holding period of 14 days. If that review is removed or blocked during this period, the reward is not paid (clawback).
• Monthly Cap: A referrer may earn referral rewards for a maximum of 10 referred members per calendar month. Rewards beyond this cap may be deferred or withheld.
• Anti-Abuse: Self-referrals, referrals between accounts that share the same private (non-public) email domain, and referrals between accounts created from the same IP address are prohibited or flagged for manual review. Reward amounts, eligibility rules, holding periods, and caps may be adjusted with prior notice.
• Fraud: Creating fake or duplicate accounts, or otherwise manipulating the referral program, will result in forfeiture of related points, denial of pending payouts, and may lead to account termination as described in Sections 5 and 7.

For transparency, the current point values are listed below. The conversion rate is 1,000 points = $1 AUD. Publishing a post or comment does not, by itself, award points; points are earned mainly from the genuine engagement your content receives and from the activities below. Some reactions are subject to a daily limit (currently 3 per member) to prevent abuse. One-time bonuses are granted only once as indicated. These values are current as of the latest update and may be adjusted with prior notice.

Note: deductions cannot reduce your balance below zero; an action will be declined if you have insufficient points. Affiliate revenue is credited only after third-party partners confirm and clear the earnings. Withdrawing any points additionally requires meeting the activity requirement in Section 7.

If a user believes content is personally harmful:

• The affected person may request the author to cease the behaviour respectfully.
• If unresolved, the affected person may request administrative review, citing the relevant rule breach.
• If the content is not removed within 15 days, administrators may remove it.

Reposting removed content may result in permanent account removal.

Attempts to evade bans using alternate identities may result in further enforcement.
